Well when we first looked into moving into the area out of college it seemed like a nice place compared to some others we saw and the price at the time was goood. but then it started to go down hill. The floors are so thin that you can hear people snoring on the floor above you!! The water has been shut off once when I was in the middle of a shower without anyone ever calling me. When i asked that the water could come back on for 5 mins so i could rinse the mexican repair man that cant speak any english basically laughed at me. There plowing sucks. I would come home or go to leave in the morning and there would be snow everywhere untouched. Then they must not know what salt or sand is considering the driveway would be a nice slide out into the main road. They then sent us our new lease and wanted to raise the rent another 20 dollars to 849 for a damn 1 bedroom apartment. One last thing.. they are called knollwood garden apartments.. Where the hell is the garden'''!'!
Looking for a new place now and cant wait to move.

PS. They decided to put the hot water tank in the middle of the closet so you can just about forget about storing anything in that one.
PSS. The closet doors never stay on the tracks and are metal made in 1902 and need serious updating.
