It seems as though people are all to quick to snap up that criticism; but are short on praise. While I wouldn't "buy" into an apartment at Knollwood; I found my stay to be very pleasant. Hey!; its apartment living. Sure you hear noises; but at least I was never lied to by management. I can't say anything bad about the staff as I found them very helpful.
