The apartment complex is nice, they do try to keep it nice looking.

I live in a one bedroom with a loft and since we have moved in we have had a water leak from the bedroom window. After a while there was mold growing we notified the office manager he said he would take care of it, after not hearing anything from them in 2 months we called again and talk to the leasing agent and she is always more helpful atleast she will keep on the manager to get things done.

When the worker came to take care of the mold it made our bedroom unlivable for about two days then they saw a water spot on the bedroom ceiling that had been there since we moved in but now its an issue and they have to paint the entire ceiling.

The worker did a nice job patching everything up but since the cause of the leak wasn't fixed we now have water spots again.

The manager practically laughed at me when I inquired about moving out 2 months before the end of my lease, I understand I might not be able to get out the lease but with the problems I've had for him to laugh at me was a little messed up. The manager is the laziest person I've ever met, they have a nice service to take all package deliveries at the office which is nice and sometimes they even bring them to your front door but this guy when he is there doesn't even call you to say you have a package let alone not bring them to your door.

The last part of my rant is about snow removal, it sucks during the large snow storm we had in February 2006 they didn't plow at all until one of my neighbors pounded on the maintenance peoples apartment door. On Call yeah right. They were nice enough to completely block with snow the nice parking spot that I had to shovel out myself.

I would NOT recommend this place to anyone after the issues I've had.
