Overall, this is a good place to live. If you live in an apartment, of course you will be able to hear music through the walls or people walking above you, however, we have enjoyed living here so far. (It's amazing what you get used to.) We had some issues like a leak in the sliding door, however, it was taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. Our apartment has poorly maintained countertops and floors, but nothing that we can't live with. This is a nice place to start out in and a great location close to a lot of stores and restaurants.
