Like many of mentioned...BEWARE! This place is disgusting. They do not fix or clean anything. They "promised" me they would replace the cigarette burned carpeting before I moved in and clean the apartment "thourghly"...yeah that almost happend...spent 2 days cleaning bodily hair from drains that the maintenence said they were not clogged and scrubbing something furry that moved when I opened the fridge. The floors are EXTREMELY cheap and nails come through tthe vynil flooring and carpeting, did the maintence fix that...almost...they said nothing was wrong...
Lets see the windows are extemely thin and cheap...could not keep the place warm in the winter...Frost would build up on the INSIDE! then mold was constantly on the window frame due to the condensation.
The appliances are a joke...They said I had a "new" fridge...is that why the door shelves were busted and the "efficient" maintence group promised to fix that as well...yep chalk that one up to the almost completed list.
Then when my "new" fridge would not shut off...yep you guessed it the maintence said it was too much food in the fridge...and it was fine...
The pool....oh the pool...oh the cesspool...it was shut down for 3 months from the HEALTH DEPARTMENT...maintence really knocked that one out of the ballpark.
The walls are ridicuolous thin with no insulation. Everytime someone would think of moving the whole floor kreek...so then it was a constant noise form above well you made life miserable for the person below.
Then the laundry situation...They had this glorious clean efficient laudry room...sense the sarcasim...you would find your clothes behind the dryers majority of the time...they usually turn the gas off on the dryers so they would not dry your clothes...probably to save cost to keep the outstanding maintence group well taken care of for all thir hard work.
Lets move to the front office...the first manager was a dirty used car salesman...got fired...next was drinking with the maintence...classy...they had one decent employee that actually showed some professionalism....she left...
The one pro is they do have parking...maybe I should have wised up and just stayed in my car...
