Holy Crap. I hate this place.

We moved into a unit that the manager noticed had a small leak problem in one of the closets. We were told that someone would be coming to check it out once we were settled in, etc. No one ever came. Then it rained. And rained. And rained some more. Black, disgusting, vile mold began to grow on our closet ceiling. I took pictures, sent letters and verbally begged them to please come fix it. Almost four months later, they decided to show up and look at it. Two weeks later, they began the work on the roof. Another two weeks went by before they fixed the hole that had been cut into our ceiling. Almost two more weeks later, they painted the ceiling. Six months to patch a roof and get rid of some dangerous mold.

The parking lot is ridiculous. There are never any spaces after 3 in the afternoon. The spaces that are available in winter have so much snow in them, it's impossible to park there unless you have 4WD. The plowing is horrible. They actually plowed my roommate's car into her spot. We dug it out as they passed by and watched and never got any shovels out to help us.

The noise is ridiculous. I can sit in my bathroom and hear entire conversations the apartments around me are having as if I were in the same room with them. I'll be asleep and at 2 am someone will chuck a shoe at the ceiling/our floor because of the noise that some of the night owls in our building like to make.

They say that the only allow cats in the apartments, but I have seen several people with dogs in their apartments. Double standard, much'

If you're a non-smoker or allergic to the smoke from cigarettes, I wouldn't even try to tough it out here. The smoke from the lower floors rise up to our apartment and make my roommate and I both sick. I didn't want to lose my security deposit because of someone else's bad habits.

The windows offer no insulation at all. It's near impossible to keep the apartment warm. Ice comes inside as well as more mold. The screen door is covered in holes, which are covered with scotch tape. When I walk across the floor, I can feel nails coming out of the floors on the linoleum and the carpet. There is little to no lighting on the outsides of the buildings. The floor seems to shift with every step and feels like it may soon cave in. If you weigh more than 120lbs, I wouldn't recommend trying to take a bath-it's easier just to stand up. The tubs are tiny and short. If you live on the third floor, the water sputters and struggles to get up the pipes. The dumpster is almost always full. One dumpster per 60 apartments is clearly not enough. They seemed unwilling to address this issue when asked. The "exercise room" is a joke. It's all hand me down junk equipment. No weights at all. All broken cardio equipment.

The staff will often look at you as if you are imposing on their time, with the exception of one lady who was extremely helpful throughout our mold problem and tried her best to help us out.

It would be better if they just tore this place down. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
