I have lived here for 6 months. In March, two days after moving in, we were hit with a significant overnight snow storm. The staff did an execelent job of keeping the parking lots plowed and sidewalks cleared.

Noise wise, the only time I ever hear anything is when I am in the hallway. Once inside there is no more noise than any other apartment complex.

My only gripe is with some of the slovenly residents. I am always picking up someones beer can, soda can, water bottle from either the side walk, the parking lot or on top of or around the mailboxes. You'd think someone could walk the 20 feet or so to the dumpster.

So far this is certainly not the worst place in Wallingford to live.
