The parking lot is well lit. The building has a door buzzer or key only entry system and all renters are fully screened and carefully selected based on credit and non criminal activities

As a condominium complex some units are owner occupied and owners demonstrate pride in their investment in Parker Place and are concerned for the safety and well being of all.

Parker Place is a haven full of wonderful people who we are proud to serve as part of the management team!
