------------ at the time was the property manager and I was considering to move into the complex and she told me I should atleast reserve an apartment if im atleast considering there. What she failed to tell me was that she was going to be leaving there and the management was going to keep my $100 deposit. I have reported this with the BBS and Southwind refused to comment on this issue. I have no choice but to go to small claims court and sue them for $100 court expenses. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

As a current tenant at Southwind, I can tell you that ------ was not intending to leave the property. She was just as much a victim of poor upper management as you are (even tho she'd been there for 15 years). She would have been fair and reasonable with you had she still been there. Can't say as much for the people in the office now or that witch they call a ------------.
