According to her, that is. Stay away from this place - there's a control freak running the show and she's in it for herself and only herself. I wonder if the owner knows what she's doing....scaring all the tenants away with her insulting and condescending tone of voice. Does she really think I don't know my window sills are rotted out just because she forced someone to paint over the rot and mildew' Does she really think I don't know my apartment is only 770 square feet just because she told me it was 1000' Does she really think she can charge me for the "nipples" in my tile floor that are there because the installer didn't clean the plywood before putting the tile down' An apartment is a place to call home, yet this woman shows no warmth, no compassion, no kindness for human beings - we are all nothing but dirt under her shoe. Does she not know that her day will come' That making enemies to make yourself feel powerful doesn't make you a good person' If I could rate "management" with a -10 stars, I would. It doesn't matter how nice they try to dress up the outside; if the person running things on the inside is nothing but a b----, the company is never going to make it.
