900.00 for a single bedroom apartment first off is utterly insane unless it's upscale or large. These apartments are small with poor air circulation. I would leave my AC on all day and my bedroom still would not be very cool and humid. One day I had to rush out to work and left my trash bag accidentally outside my porch window and they fined me 50 dollars. The ONLY thing they "cover" is cold water (ie : who cares). Heat, AC, warm water is all electric meaning you pay out the butt! I had no issues with the management but the living is absolutely just not worth the money at all. In general it was a quite place - but none of the people near me were very friendly at all either.
