I've lived in a 2-bedroom on the third floor of one of the building for 2 years now and the place has just been a breeding ground for mold. One of the window casings is completely rotted out, mold grows like mad. When I called to have it repaird, they came and simply filled the rot with calk and went on their merry way.

Since moving in I've suffered with allergies I've never had previously and doubt I will have in the future.

Besides the mold, the rest of the apartment wasn't too bad. Given the options in the greater New Haven area, there is not much else around.
