I have lived here for 8 months now and it has been an ok stay... I live in a 2 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor... decent amount of space and an ok layout. In the winter it was nice because the heat from the bottom floors came up through the floor and saved us a ton on heating costs (electric) but now that it's summer it's horrible. The entire apartment turns into a sauna and the one ac unit that barely works only heats only the living area. We have been sleeping on the couch every night for the past month because the bedrooms do not cool down at all. The stairwell is the same way so it is torture to walk up two flights of stairs in the humidity. My whole family suffers from asthma and allergies and we have not had a good year. The mold growing on the windowsills is not a help to that either!

Other than that it is very quiet and the neighbors keep to themselves and are very friendly. It is right off the highway which is nice for a commute, but can be annoying to some people. I have lived next to the highway my whole life so I am used to it, but my husband hates having the windows open beacuse it is too loud. We've never had any big problems, maintenance responds fairly quickly and management is very nice as well. Rent is pretty steep though... we're currently looking to move somewhere with 3 bedrooms compared to the 2 we are in here and is half the rent we pay. If the rent weren't so high we might consider staying at least through the winter but definately not through another summer. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
