I moved to Southwind about one year ago for a year-long internship/apprenticeship following my graduation from law school, and I'll be moving elsewhere next month.

I've been very happy with Southwind. My studio apartment is exactly what I was looking for. It's aesthetically pleasing and it gets the job done. It has a sliding door with lots of sunlight coming into the apartment, which is nice, especially during the summer.

The only minor problem is that my apartment is right next to the highway and the noise might bother some. However, it didn't really bother me (I got used to it), and the advantage of being next to the highway (convenience) outweighed the minor noise issue.

The management has been competent, attentive, and friendly. Issues, such as the minor flood due to a water heater problem, were taken care of promptly and thoroughly. Overall, I've had a great experience here this year. Considering the negative reviews I read here before coming, I was pleasantly surprised.
