The construction of the place is shoddy. The walls are very flimsy and the paint they use comes off with the slightest of touch. Had many problems with the kitchen sink and bathroom tub. It took over 5 months to get items repaired correctly. The size of the dumpster at the complex would have been barely adequate for 30 people. On numerous occasions, the trash site was littered and unkempt. Neighbors were unfriendly, and most on the first floor were section 8 housing, but we were never notified. The public washers and dryers were too small and not enough for the volume of families on each floor.

Numerous fire hazards. Emergency personnel were on site at least 3 times a month for kitchen hazards. Management is weak to deal with un-ruly tenants. Maintenence is barely acceptable. The were more worried about getting someone in than keeping the families there.

Rent went up almost every month. Utilties were to be included, but then 3 months in, gave them over to the tenant to deal with. Windows are not insulated. Very bad ant and spider infestation.
