We have lived there for 3 years in 2 different apartments. In both, there were water stains near the roof by the window. There has been a bed bug infestation. The management dealt with this by spraying individual apartments. It only led the bed bugs to go from one apartment to another. The trash containers are not adequate for the amount to people in the building. There was always a few pieces of furniture just hanging by the dumpster for months. The elevator broke down about 5 times a year. The latest time it was down for about 2 weeks. Hauling up groceries up 4 stories isn't my idea of fun. The walls were really thin. The floors were really creaky. You could hear the neighbors when they coughed or even sometimes their conversations. When you walk down the hallway, there is no privacy. Everything done in your apartment can be heard in the hall. There is no room for children to play. I was told once to have them play in the parking lot...keep in mind that my kids are young. The management staff has become more and more unfriendly.
