Barbara in the office is an amazing woman who works so hard at getting you exactly what you need. She went above and beyond to find just the right apartment for my daughter and it is beautiful!!! It is a pleasure to visit there and it is probably one of the quietest and most peaceful places to live in the area. Just amazing!!! Thank you Barbara

If this is the same Barbra that runs the Bunker Hill apartments off of Eastern Ave, I have had the complete opposite experience with her. My neighbor tried to break into my apartment (physical evidence was found and a police report was taken-suspect never questioned because of poor police work) Barbra told me that my door would be fixed. The hinges are bent and the door won't close. There is a piece of the door missing by the lock. It's been a month and no one has fixed it. When i confronted Barb, her response was (direct quote!) "i don't know anything about that, i don't know how to handle that, i don't have time to talk to you right now." The maintenance man's excuse was, "i keep forgetting." I have lived here a year, and personally watched the complex go from tolerable to completely unsafe. She will rent to ANYONE and screaming, fighting, tire squeeling, and gun shots are the norm now. I don't know who HER bosses are, but they need to start paying attention to what she's doing. (or not doing!)
