ive been here since may and no problems so far, nothing extra wonderful, no gym or laundry, that kind of sucks unless you have your own washer or dryer cause they have a hook up. i think some may actually come with washer/dryers. anyway, its big for one person, the second bedroom would be a ----- if someone else had to live in it, its like half the size of the master. no noise from any neighbors, everyones nice, there may or may not be a sleeper-cell living in the back but i cant confirm that either way. definitey good for the students, theyre are a few of us here who cant live in the freaking avalon cause our rich mommies dont pay the rent. very nice
