I have been a resident at Ridge Gate Apartments since 2005. I will definitely not be renewing my lease when it is up this year. When we first moved in, it seemed like a nice place to live. Then I was informed by the manager that the building that I moved into had roaches. The roach problem was taken care of, but I noticed that there were small ants crawling out of my dishwasher. This was also taken care of promptly. The tiles in the bathroom are so old, that they have rotted away and fallen off. This is in the process of being fixed. Some things that I did like about the apartment and the area was how quiet it was. I haven't heard any noise at all. The manager Barbara, is also very nice and was always helpful. Parking has been a bit of a problem because people do not park in their assigned parking spaces. People will often have friends or family park in whatever space they feel like. There is also no 24 hour maitenance. If it is after hours and someone is parked in your space, you are forced to park on the street because there is no number you can call to have the situation taken care of. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
