Parking is awful. You pay for a spot only to have it taken by your neighbors and workmen. No hot water in the shower!! Have had to go days without showering because it was ice cold. Apts response was to not take showers during busy times. Drain doesn't work in shower and neither do the windows. Kitchen sink doesn't work right. You have to twist over and over to get any water. They say washer dryer hookup, but no vent for dryer. Only noise problem is a dog that barks anywhere from 3:50 am until 7:50 am. Grounds are a mess, littered with kids toys and garbage.
