When I moved out the apartment was in great condition. They charged me $250 for damage to the walls, when the only thing wrong with them was they needed to be painted after living there for 2 years. There were no holes and absolutely nothing wrong. I receive the form saying how much I am to get back of my deposit, but no check was included with the form. When I called about the check, Barbara told me I had to talk to the actual landlord. Calling their office was a joke. They were rude and would tell me only one person could speak to me and somehow she was never there. After calling and calling, I finally got fed up and contacted the CT Department of Banking. It was only after they began sending letters and calling that they landlord finally returned my money. After this hassle and their rudeness, I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The parking was awful. Things got stolen from my patio area. I had a column plant holder stolen and my patio furniture. Thank God they were dumb enough to put my patio furniture out so I stole it back, but the expensive plant holder was never recovered. Just avoid this place altogether.
