It's on somewhat of a decent end of Waterbury so you can rule out any major acts of violence. My boyfriend had his car broken into within the "gated" complex and five feet from our apartment. The cobwebs throughout the hallways are disgusting and unsanitary and the lack of control over bosterious mentally challanged residents makes for interesting trecks through the complex. I wouldn't recomend using the pool because rumors are there are sexual acts that go on with in it. The gate is always open and the only office employee that has any heart and any knowledge of what he's doing is Barry and that's because he lives in the complex and is also a state policeman. Trust me, the only reason we are living there is because it's between my boyfriends and my job but, other wize I may not think twice.
