Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
 
I was a resident for less than 30 days. The noise from the people above was extreme. The manager Ted stalled in returning my calls about the noise in order to delay my departure and invoke a stiff financial penalty penalty. He lied to the owning company about dates and times and has damaged my credit.
