I have read the other reviews and really can't comment as we have not moved in yet. However I can comment on the wonderful experience my fiance and I had durning this prelimary period. Barry Eustace was our leasing consultant and he made us feel right at home. We traveled an hour and 1/2 to the complex without an appointment just as Barry's tour should have ended.He never rushed us,or made us feel that he didnt have time for us, despite the numerous interuptions he had from other potential renters and current redidents who needed his assistance. I really appreciated the night and weekend hours,it really helped with our schedule since we both still work out of state. So I do recommend if looking into River's Edge please ask for Barry. He will give u a tour without pressuring you. He is very knowlegeable about the grounds and the general area as we did get lost and had to call him to help us out.
