The former manager has rented to tenants who are very questionable and now the new manager has to find out about their illegal activities and evict them. The maintenance has declined and I wonder if it has to do with sabataging the new manager. I could say since the new manager has been here the gate is always down, something the former manager left unattended for months at a time when we are paying for a gated community. Barry was an assitant manager here and he was dismissed after 18 years of dedicated service without incident or a single blemish on his record, we all would like to know why' soon I will be leaving like the others. Once all the good people are gone, what is this place going to look like' tenants bring to many friends who should park outside the gate because it interferes with the tenants who live here.
