I have lived at River's Edge since 2002. Now maybe I've just been lucky but I haven't experienced any of the problems reported by others. In the time that I have lived here, I've called maintenance 3 times. Once because of a problem with my toilet. It was fixed promptly and done right the first time. The second time I asked them to move a ceiling light fixture and hang a shade on my balcony for me. Both were done promptly and without question.

We've had a few loud neighbors and they have been dealt with promptly. Some of the common hallways are showing their years and my kitchen is quite outdated but very functional. The grounds are always well kept up. I have NEVER heard about anyone being towed unless they had a vehicle without plates on it in the lot. And even then, they give you a warning.

There has been some turnover in management and maintenance staffs, but I have not noticed any differences.

With more & more households becoming 2 car households, we are starting to notice some squeezes on parking.
