Brooksyde & Loomis Manor is OK

The Loomis side of the Brooksyde and Loomis Manor is where I live currently. Beautiful location. You can either keep to yourself or make friends with neighbors, that is true. Free heat and hot water is nice, especially for New Englands winters.
Negatives are: Paper thin walls, not enough parking, and one or two waching machines per 20 unit groupings. God forbid if you are in the shower when someone starts a load of laundry. (and a load of laundry is $1.50 - so for a wash and dry - your looking at $3.00)
The maintenance crew is sluggish to respond. There were times that I had to call 5 times to get a response.
