You could probably get a little more space for your money in other parts of West Hartford, but the properties are in very good shape in an excellent place.

However, the sticking point is the property manager. Vanessa, the individual who runs the property, is crass, demeaning, slow to respond to inquiries, and as-of-recently lies to prospective tenants about the availability of apartments. All around, she is not worth dealing with and sours the experience of living there. I will be quick to move out when my lease is up in January.
