Overpriced, Overhyped, Not worth it!

For the high rent you're paying, you get great location but thats about it.
The apartments are old, you have to pay extra for trash and water, you have a to walk/drive over for laundry for which you pay extra.
For all the extra money you're paying, snow's not cleared promptly nor are the parking lots lit well. Apartments have very thin walls, no microwave, no exhausts anywhere, no air conditioning and no indoor ligthing except in kitcen and bathroom.
This place is way overpriced. The location is good bud does not justify the rent. You can find a cheaper aparement in a location just as close to W. Hartford Center.
Def'n don't reccomend this place!
