The only good part is location

The best part of the apartment is location. IT is overpriced though, and everything is old, esp. our bathroom. The walls are starting to crack and the sinks are starting to leak. The worst part is we have tons of spiders and ants in our apartment. I have never killed so many spiders in my life! There are cob webs all over our apartment in places we can't reach because of them. Parking also sucks if you have 2 cars, you have to park one behind the other which is a pain
