I've been here a while and while the location is very good, the upkeep leaves a lot to be desired! There is not a lot of choice in West Hartford apartments, and this is okay for short-term or a few years, but I wouldn't recommend for someone with a multiyear perspective. I've found the layout of the apartments and closets is good, and the heat is efficient in winter. Walls have cracks inside and outside, repair appears to be patched.
