For economic reasons I had to downsize from a rental house to an apartment. I have been able to save about $260.00 per month between rent and utilities. Brooksyde/Loomis Manor is nice, the manager Vanessa sold me on the area and now I love biking into the center. The building is quiet, the garden area is beautiful outside my window. I would give my apartment 10 stars!

Oh, by the way, the buildings next door called Loomis Drive properties (Udolph management) where the manager has to meet you on the street because they have no office is a scam, they were very late for my appointment and then changed the terms on the phone when I called them back.
