Positives: Close to West Hartford Center, heating included, lots of space in apartment.
Negatives: Carpets in almost all apartments(dirty), washing machines not always working(which is disputed by management eventhough most neigbors call and complain), rubbish bins too small so they overfill and fall all over ground, noisy from ever growing student presence, many burglaries(last year, less now), poor and old pluming. Every year rates go up much more than usual raises.

I do like living at Loomis for the positives BUT when it gets bad it get's really bad. Am looking around for somewhere else to live.
