I've lived here for about 8 months now. The management company is atrocious.. they asked us for a security deposit and first month's rent... so we sent 2 checks over. Then, we are told that the first month rent needs to be a money order. We say OK, get a money order, and are told the check will be sent back to us immediately.

A couple weeks later, the idiots CASH the check claiming "we thought it was for next months rent" .. despite the fact that they told us they were going to send it back to us. This overdrew my brother's account since he was not ready for it and had not put enough money in that particular account, and they would not reimburse him the fee he was charged. They also lost our 2nd months rent check and we were VERY hesitant to send another one for fear that the same thing would happen... thankfully it didn't. They are clearly very unorganized, and everyone we've talked to have been incredibly rude.

On the plus side, we have had very few issues with the apartment itself... everything works great and we haven't needed much maintenance. The maintenance guy is great, very friendly and responsive. The location is fantastic, and in general I would consider it a good experience for my first apartment.
