I have lived here with my boyfriend for one year, and its amazing.... Its quiet, (the occassional kid crying), I NEVER see my neighbors,the apartments are quite large considering the price. I was considering moving to another apartment in hartford area, and found NOTHING comparable to these apartments. Great for a couple, or a first apartment. The water here is extremely hot, and then cold... can get annoying while showering, but you learn to tamper with it!!! sometimes its a fight to use the laundry machines, and when winter comes, they are cheap with the heat... I am on the third floor,some nights are hot, and others are cold.... Management can be rude, but do get back to you within a couple days, and the superintendant is there to help at any time.

Really good place to live... You would be stupid not to at least look at an apartment
