I'm a new tenant at this apartment, and it's been great so far. I mean the place I lived before Park Place was not good at all...they didn't return calls, you never saw the super, and the apartments were tiny. Park Place West has been very easy to live in. The management company, White & Katzman, have been very helpful. They made move-in a breeze and any calls I've put into them have been answered quickly within a day or two tops. The person who showed me the apartment was there to answer my questions. The superintendent is awesome, he is really on top of things. You always seem him around and he's very friendly. If you have a concern he comes and looks into it right away. The fact that I don't have to go to the laundromat to wash my clothes anymore is great too. They have a laundry room on every floor here, and I don't have to park my car on the street either...I have an assigned spot which is very convenient. Plus they run move-in specials a lot, so definitely ask about those. I'd recommend this apartment to anyone who wants an affordable, good quality place to live.
