Good, quiet, safe but a little expensive

Years at this apartment: 1994 - 1995
 
There is a common swimming pool, and a well maintained garden. It is an apartment mainly for elderly people. Most of the famous shops such as Stop & Shop, & Boston Chicken are situated nearby.

You have to pay in advance for one whole year. Money will not be refunded if we leave early.
