I've lived here for 10 years, am not a senior citizen, and overall it's been wonderful. Walls are thin, so quiet neighbors are appreciated (as are rugs - floors are hardwood and transfer noise alot). Not for lively singles. Lots of medical residents, seniors, empty nesters, some families. My experience with the management office has always been excellent, the same with the overworked maintenance staff. (No, I don't work for the place, nor do I get a discount on my exhorbitant rent!). Apts. are spacious and the location is convenient. Nice pool, tho the rules are very strict and make it not so much fun. All in all, very expensive but kept up well,roomy and convenient.
