Not bad

A fine place to live. There are alot of old people there who seemed to be angered by the fact that I (and my roommate) were younger people. That being said, we are both law students and certainly didn't have parties or other issues that would create loud noises. Despite this, we still had a couple of complaints that we were too noisy. We went to speak with the apartment manager who seemed to believe that we do not have "weekday late night parties" or "people coming and going at all hours of the night." I wish I had the time to do such things...
The neighborhood is really nice and I loved being able to walk to cvs, dunkin donuts, the grocery store, etc. You don't normally get that in a suburban area. It's a really safe area with ample parking (probably because so many residents can't drive anymore!) The hardwood floors are really pretty, but you can definitely hear the people above you. It was a VERY spacious apartment with huge bedrooms. I lived there for two years and maintenance never had to fix anything for me.
It can sometimes smell a bit due to the large numbers of old people in the building, but it was not too bad.
I'd recommend as long you aren't loud and do not have a desire to be friendly with others in your building because the old people certainly did not care for us. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
