I want to be as polite as possible, but it is very difficult. When we moved in the apartment was very clean. But things began to fall apart very fast. Our bathroom ceiling had a leak, and it took forever for the maintenance to come and just LOOK at it. We had to make several visits to the management office for them to send someone out. Then it took them another three visits to fix it. The maintenance guy came in when no one was home and left without locking the door. Good thing I caught him. Our toilet is constantly broken, but now we are afraid to call for maintenance people!
When it snowed, these guys were outside at 2:30 in the morning yelling and screaming in whatever language they spoke. It woke me up and Im sure it woke everyone else too!
I went to the gym once, which by the way you must purchase the membership when you move in, and the machine broke while a girl was working out on it! I never went back. I will not even look at the pool.
There is a serious noise problem. I can't do any work with the window open because there are people yelling and screming all the time. People play loud music at any time of the day. Ive woken up from sleep at as early as 7:30 am from a car blaring music. Or if I am trying to sleep at night, around midnight, I would hear loud music too. Forget about on Sundays.. my neighbors refuse turn their music down. People slam doors at all hours of the night.
Washer and dryers are older than dirt. I am afraid that my clothes will get dirty from washing them in those machines. People leave their clothes in the machines, so you can't wash your things, but when yours is in the machine they just take it out.
The mailman gives you your mail as late as 4:30, sometimes doesn't evenshow up and stuffed your mailbox the next day. I can't receieve any packages because boxes are too small, and they just throw the boxes on the floor and other people open them.
The gates are always broken and absolutely difficult to let guests in. They say that it is to keep bad people out, but hello, THEY CAN WALK RIGHT IN!!
Residents park in the visitor side of the pakring every day so when I actually have guests over they have no where to park. They also like to tow people's cars if you park in the wrong spot. But they are not very consistent with where they tow, so you never know what they are going to do.
I do not recommend anyone to live here, especially if you are used to nice peaceful neighborhood. Because this is NOT IT!
