Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000
I lived in these apartments for a very short time with my mother. There are huge problems with this complex and I wouldn't recommend that my worst enemy live here.
Main bad points:
1. The security gates don't work. I got my radio stolen right out of my car in the parking lot for the complex... and I was parked under the lighting!
2. The apartment hallways smell terrible. It is not clean.
3. I can't tell you how long the elevator ceiling was broken for... when I moved out it still wasn't fixed. Ceiling and wires hanging from the top of it.
4. I saw large rats around the base of the building.
5. Something violent happened to a woman in the stairwell not far from my floor.
