I have lived at this residence since 2000, moving here for my first time away from home. As a young professional this SEEMED like a good place to live. With rent in Mid to upper 600's for a one bedroom one would expect more. When I moved here there was a place for visitors to park safely, without the worry of the RESIDENT tow truck operator getting his $96.00. Now with the addition of a gated community there is no where for a visitor to park, and Heaven forbid someone stay after 12:00am, you can guarantee the car will be gone at 12:05am. The washers are frequently broken, the exercise equipment is horrible and outdated, the inside pool is far from relaxing. Nevermind the resident condo association president who really goes to far in making comments..... even when it comes to a few innocent kids in the lobby waiting for a ride......HE asked them to leave the premises and wait outside (mind you it was raining). This guy really has a power trip. DONT LIVE HERE... especially if you are young and have a social life..... otherwise you will follow the tow truck guy everywhere (you would think with the amount you pay you would be able to have visitors) COME ON WESTWOOD this is not a college campus (even comes with an RA) Believe me I am in my last months here.
