This place sucks. My car has been broken into, one of my neighboors cars has been broken into. It's right next to the highway and extremely noisy, so much that it is difficult to sleep. The insulation is awful and hence the electric bills are very high. The maintenance people take multiple calls to come out, don't show up occasionally to appointments they made and do poor work. The management company are planly and purely pricks. The gate to the complex broke almost 1 year ago (10 months now) and the management has yet to have ti fixed. The buzzer system to get into the apartments is almost constantly broken. This is a totally awful place to live.

Thanks! I was thinking about buying there... Are the renters and the buyers seperate??? Well I guess I will not be moving there!
