This place isn't bad at all. Very conveniet to the highways since it's right off the highway. Building (apartment) is in great shape. Parking (two into one space) sucks for the some residents to due lack of space. Property manager is very responsive--usually resolve issues in a decent amount of time. Have not use the caretaker service yet (i.e. lock-out, maintences, water problems). Neighbors aren't bad, but since outside space is limited families with kids usually are noisy at decent hours (thank god not at night time or early monring). Great living space/set-up. Overall, great place to live.
Negatives, parking and trash service (some big furnitures like couches are left by the dumpster and are never picked up).
