Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2009
 
NO Amenities, Rent too expensive. Very small closets, very drafty. High electric bill, high gas bill, poor and slow and sometimes no response to maintinenct requests. Dirty hallways, carpet and walls. nice apperance at first glance, but trust me take a closer look before you move in.
