I have lived in Elmwood Gardens for one and a half years- owned by Kenneth Gardens. My experience has been quite the opposite of the tenants over at Kenneth Gardens. Problems with the apartments are immediately fixed, snow removal is excellent, rent is economical, I received a brand new refrigerator when mine broke within a week, I also got new carpetting and paint. The courtyard leaves something to be desired- it is looking kinda brown, but other than that, I had a great experince.

I think the tenants over in Kenneth Gardens who worte bad reviews got evicted, hence their angry reviews. I think the staff is very nice.
