I lived over the Elmwood appt. for a year. The place really is a kind of dump. Property is Not maintained properly. They want the rent on time but, when there is some problem they never show up. I had a problem with my bathroom, i called management like more than twice, every time they say we will send some one, but no one showed up. Finally i fixed it my self. The place is really a dump. Persons working for the property ( rental Office) people have lot of " attitudes" as they own the company. This place is really not suitable for living. i vacated the apartment and i am pretty happy to do that.Please..Please never ever rent at this place. Is better to live on road..!!!

I agree. I was going to rent here but their negative attitude and sales pressuring really turned me off. Not to mention most of the people working there could barely speak English, which no offense, is a problem. The rent was way too high for such a craphole. I also could just walk into the building without a key.
