Since the apartments were purchase by Tarragon Management in Feb 2005 it has been pure hell living and adjusting. i understand "growing pains" put dealing with the attitude of the so-call professional staff members is atrocious, and should not be allowed by law!

I've been after the Tarragon management/maintenance staff to do repairs on my apartment for almost a year now. They do not return your calls to begin with, and you have to kick and scream to get any action taken once you do get ahold of someone. If it wasn't for the unprofessional staff, this would be a nice place to live. Don't let the outside of the building and the hallways fool you (yes they look nice) - once you get locked into a lease NOTHING will ever be fixed inside your apartment!

2008 they have a new maintenance person . call the office during business hours . some one will be there.
