so far i've been here nearly a year and i'd say overall i like my place.
i like that i have a loft and the furnishing is pretty nice.
i love the location of the building and that it has parking.

i do have some major gripes though.
the cost of heating your place here is ridiculous because of the high ceilings here. heat i feel should be included in the rent considering it's new england.
the rent is also very high for a one bedroom here and the walls are insanely thin.
(i can hear my neighbor's alarm every morning).

i also had really bad neighbors that drank, fought, and congregated in the halls for months until they finally got evicted. i had to complain numerous times about this.

i am considering moving after my lease ends, but then again i like the location and don't want to chance it with another place.
