A good and convenient place - very quite area as well

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2002
My brother stays in this complex past 5 years and I have stayed with him a number of times during my visits to WestHaven in the past 4-5 years. Myself and my family love this place for it's quiteness and convenient location - easy access to I-95. Since I have been a visitor - I have not had a chance to interact with the staff - but whoever I have met have been very friendly.
Only point I have is that the heat is turned off mid April - when it is too cold outside! But I have been told that this is the norm everywhere else - so i am not complaining!
